Revetment for 1.5m wave height. T-shape jetty for 4 berth catering PCB, PA and 2 Nos PX Boats, boat ramp, slope protection works and floating pontoon system (aluminium frame & timber deck) for 12 PSC. The building works are construction of Administration Block, Surau, Multi Purpose Hall, Workshop, Tadika and PERKEP, Residential Building comprises Detached House Class D, Semi detached Class D and E, Flat Class F and Flat Class G and Guard House, Bin Center, Grandstand, Jetty and Ramp. Playing field with sub-soil drain. Road and hardstanding, water reticulation (66, 500 gallon per day), sewerage reticulation with 950 PE sewerage treatment plant and MASMA Drainage System including Gross Pollutant Trap (GPT)

RM 375mil RM 125mil	The development is constitute a training complex, staff quarters and maritime berthing structures and infrastructure works that approximately 110 acres of mangrove swamp reclamation works including site clearing, reclamation works with bore piles retaining structure. The C&S works includes major works i.e. 1.5mil m3 of land reclamation works, construction of jetties, slipway, boat lift platform, procurement of pontoons, staff quarters; high-rise (18-storey), medium-rise, low-rise building, administration building, swimming pool complex, multipurpose hall, boat hanger & storage, workshops, water tank tower. The development will be subdivided into four zones which only approximately 84 acres is proposed to be developed with built up area and infrastructure, while the other 26 acres which is the existing mangrove forest will remain undisturbed for sustainable development. Road, water supply, MASMA drainage with STD and 5000 PE sewerage system.
